Liveness Probe
Problem
Your application process still exists.
But it has deadlocked and can no longer make progress.
From the operating system's perspective:
Process running ✓
Application useful ✗
Solution — Liveness Probe
Periodically test whether the workload is still functioning sufficiently to remain alive.
If it repeatedly fails, the orchestrator can restart it.
Core idea: liveness answers should this workload be restarted? Readiness answers should it receive traffic?
